HSGM Type S Heat Cutter Blade - This blade is designed to be used with the Cutting Shackle (H/610), seen in our HSG-0 parts website section, for HSG-0 only. HSGM HS-S-V Blade - (SKU: H/271)The HS-S-V blade is another blade that is ideal for making long cuts off of a roll of material or any cut where a cutting surface is not important (e.g. Geotextile material installation). The HS-S-V blade is also know for being used for cutting ropes and cords and also piglet tails. 

HSGM Type C 35mm Heat Cutter Blade - This is a good blade for cutting thick low density filter material and certain foams. Excellent for hard-to-reach areas. 

HSGM CN-14 hot knife blade. Curved, for .55" (14 mm) wide and approx. 1 1/4" deep grooves out of polystyrene boards & blocks. This blade is designed to be used with the HSGM Styrocut 140 hot knife or the HSGM HSG-G1-VW hot knife. Made in Germany.

HSGM CN-26 Hot Knife Blade. Curved, for 1.02" (26 mm) wide and approx. 1" deep grooves into polystyrene boards & blocks. This blade is designed to be used with the HSGM Styrocut 140 hot knife or the HSGM HSG-G1-VW hot knife. Made in Germany.

HSGM C-70 hot knife blade 

H/145 Terminal Stone - This part is for the do-it-yourselfer that wants a fairly simple way to mount a blade on a machine or some other creative project. This terminal stone would replace the Type M handle on our larger units and it has two holes in the high temperature plastic for mounting. The cables connect in one side and the blade is installed on the other. Even though this is a simple way to have a slitting device, we do not guarantee a satisfactory cut/seal because no testing and engineering has been considered from HSGM. When one orders custom blades, blade holders, and a power source from HSGM for a machine, testing and experience is a major factor when recommending the correct custom equipment for ones specific synthetic material. Plus it voids the unit warranty when one modifies any part of the unit.

HSGM C-100 Hot Knife Blade

HSGM CN-20 Hot Knife Blade. Curved, for .79" (20 mm) wide  and approx. 1" deep grooves into polystyrene boards & Blocks. Made in Germany.

HSGM C-140 Hot Knife Blade. For polystyrene boards or blocks 5.51"(140mm) thick. Blade length 6". Made in Germany. Note: This blade is designed to be used with the HSGM Styrocut 140 hot knife or the HSGM HSG-G1-VW hot knife.

HSGM HSO-N Blade - Cutting blade to cut fabric. This is one of our better blades for cutting curves in fabric. 9mm heated cutting area which comes to a point. The HSO-N blade is very good for cutting where a precise touch is needed.

HSGM Type R blade - This is the original OEM Type R blade crafted by HSGM GmbH. This is a good general use blade for synthetic fabrics, webbing and ropes up to 17mm diameter. Excellent for cutting straight lines of synthetic fabrics.  a.k.a. 100R blade.

HSGM Type HG Heat Cutter Blade - Cutting blade to remove threads from bobbins and small packages. It is also good for cutting flashing or selvage off finished product.
