HSGM Styro-Cut 120 Hot Knife without blade (Blades shown in photo are available for purchase separately) - This particular polystyrene cutter is a great all around hot knife. It’s a great tool for hobbyist, crafts, schools, colleges, universities, and shipping departments to cut polystyrene boards/blocks to help tightly secure products while in transit to the customer. The Styro-Cut 120 hot knife is also designed where you can purchase Nichrome band and bend/modify the band to your preferred groove shape and connect the two ends of the band into the Styro-Cut 120 hot knife to have your on custom groove blade. Insulation contractors love cutting polystyrene with heat because of the fast clean cuts and no dust compared to cutting with a saw.

HSGM Styro-Cut 140 Hot Knife w/C-140 blade  - This is the work horse of our polystyrene cutters! Not only can this hot knife power fairly long straight blades, it can also power an assortment of special shaped blades to cut out shaped grooves into polystyrene boards and blocks. Just plug it in, press the trigger, wait about 10 seconds, and you're ready to make some creative cuts with this hot knife. This is the tool of choice for many professionals in multiple industries. The C-140 blade that is included will cut polystyrene boards/blocks up to 140mm (5.5 inches). (220V are available by special order.)

HSG-ETC-250-S Hot Wire Cutting Table Unit, with hot wire and cutting arm; capable of cutting angles into polystyrene boards and blocks. It cuts polystyrene boards and blocks like a table saw, but a lot easier and without all the dust.
