HSGM Type F Heat Cutter Element - This heat element is mainly used to melt two pieces of rope on each side of the element, then slide the two sides of the rope off the element and push the two ends together causing them to seal together. Although it does seal the two ends together, there is no guarantee how strong it sealed. So it would have to be an application where strength was not a factor. The tip of the element is beveled if someone wanted to use it as a blade.

SF Cutting Foot for HSG-0; used in combination with HSG-0 and Type R blade helps stabilize your fabric for a high quality cut and seal when no cutting surface is available. This is the one and only original OEM SF Cutting Foot crafted by HSGM GmbH in Germany. The original SF cutting foot mounts directly to the HSG-0 heat cutter, has two points of adjustment and top and bottom support for the material. It is also plated to help prevent corrosion. H/604 - Optional Foot Pedal. The optional foot pedal is a modification accessory that can be connected to one of our larger units to eliminate the need for the trigger on the Type M handle. Just press the foot pedal with ones foot, within 6 to 8 seconds the blade heats up to desired temperature, then remove ones foot from the pedal to stop power to the blade and the blade will cool down. Note: HSGM recommends that this accessory be installed by an HSGM technician to keep from affecting any HSGM warranty. Please call for details. (HSG-1-VW through HSG-3-VW units sold separately.)

H/145 Terminal Stone - This part is for the do-it-yourselfer that wants a fairly simple way to mount a blade on a machine or some other creative project. This terminal stone would replace the Type M handle on our larger units and it has two holes in the high temperature plastic for mounting. The cables connect in one side and the blade is installed on the other. Even though this is a simple way to have a slitting device, we do not guarantee a satisfactory cut/seal because no testing and engineering has been considered from HSGM. When one orders custom blades, blade holders, and a power source from HSGM for a machine, testing and experience is a major factor when recommending the correct custom equipment for ones specific synthetic material. Plus it voids the unit warranty when one modifies any part of the unit.
HSG-00-VW Table Top - This unit is similar to the HSG-00, but with a wider blade; this unit has an infinitely variable temperature control dial to control the heat of the blade. Ideal for cutting and sealing synthetic ropes, webbing and cords. This unit is available in 220 volts as a special order.
