We do not offer online ordering.
Continental United States and Canada:
All orders are shipped via FedEx services by default for domestic, but we also offering shipping via DHL and UPS per customers request only. If you wish to order using a specific carrier or use a specific truck line, please advise at the time of order.
Note: UPS & DHL shipments may have a $4.00 pickup fee that will be applied to the customers invoice.
All orders shipped to Canada will have customs and brokerage fees collected upon delivery. These charges are in addition to shipping charges paid at the time the order was placed.
We can not ship to post office boxes. (Exception: U.S. Postal Service for APO-Military addresses only.)
Mexico and South America:
Orders are shipped after receipt of wire transfer funds. Wire transfers have an additional US$30.00 wire transfer fee. Credit card orders are also accepted.
We have a $5.75 handling fee that is applied to every shipment that leaves our Duncan, SC facility.
South Carolina residents will be charged 6% sales tax on all orders unless a copy of your tax exempt certificate is on file in our office.
All products (other than special order items) are normally available for immediate shipping. Our standard shipping schedule is as follows: Orders placed prior to 3:30 p.m. (EST) typically ship that same day (Monday - Friday only). All others (other than special order items) ship the following business day.
If you have an urgent need for our normal stocked products and it is after 3:30 p.m. (EST), please ask about our special extended customer service options.
All orders ship from our distribution warehouse center located in Duncan, SC (between Greenville and Spartanburg).
All returns carry a 20% restocking fee and must have an RA Number from HSGM,Inc. prominently displayed on the outside of the shipping container. The customer is responsible for shipping & handling charges. Products can be return within 30 days of purchase, returned products must be in "as new condition" for a credit to be considered, and must be accompanied by an invoice for proof of purchase.
For resellers, that would be an invoice that was billed to the customer. An invoice with the customer's name covered is satisfactory.

We accept all major credit cards (American Express, Mastercard, Visa and Discover). All funds must be in US Dollars. (Customers whose checks are returned for insufficient funds will be charged a fee of $25.00). For wire transfers or to become a "Net 30 Account" customer, please contact us directly.

The HSGM handheld heatcutting units listed on this site carry a limited Warranty to the original purchaser to be free of defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery. This Warranty shall be valid for one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase. This Warranty does not cover any product that has been altered, modified or damaged, neglected, accidently dropped or improperly used. If any of the previous occur, this Warranty shall be considered null and void. Shipping & Handling both to and from our facility will be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise advised. Paperwork showing date of purchase MUST accompany any repair claimed to be a warranty repair or regular repair price will apply.
