From Greenville, SC and points South: Take I85 north to Highway 290 (exit 63). Turn right (east) on Highway 290 and travel 2.3 miles. HSGM is in an office complex to your left, between Lear Corp. and One Price Clothing. From Spartanburg, SC and points North: Take I85 south to Hwy. 290 (exit 63). Turn left (east) on Hwy. 290 and travel 2.3 miles. (see above)

If you get to River Falls Golf Course or Ingles grocery store, you went too far.
